    We are always looking for the best flight schedules for your trip. However, scheduled flights may no longer be available. We are then forced to offer you a different flight plan, and the length of your stay may be affected.
    According to the departure date of your preference we shall offer you withing the budget options on the specific or nearby dates. We shall also propose offers with other possible travel arrangement on extra charge. 

  • Cabin baggage

    A cabin baggage is included on board the aircraft. The size and weight of this baggage may vary depending on the airline selected by Helios Travel. We recommend that you inquire when it is communicated to you thanks to the travel documents, a few days before your departure.

     

  • Personal Information

    After booking you will receive an additional email where we invite you to fill out essential information for your file. This information must be communicated within 48 hours maximum, beyond which the booking will be automatically canceled.

    Warning: Make sure that the personal data you provide is the same as that on your passport or identity card. Make sure that the Last Name and Last Name fields in Step 3 (Personal Information) of the reservation are correctly filled in and that they are not reversed. Indeed, these fields are used for the automatic reservation of your plane tickets. In addition, any change involves high costs.

  • Identification documents, passports and visas

    Simply enter your first name, last name and date of birth as shown on your passport or identity card. If you are married, indicate your own last name (maiden name) again as indicated on your passport or identity card.
